Charlotte is our talented Senior Stylist based at our Romsey branch. She’s passionate about creating beautiful blonde transformations and is a true specialist in Blonde Balayage — a skill that has earned her awards for her stunning blonde creations.
In addition to her colour expertise, Charlotte is also highly trained in Hair Extensions, offering nano, weave, and tape-in methods to help clients achieve their dream hair with seamless, natural results.

Her true specialty lies in Short Hair Cutting and Colouring, with a loyal clientele who have been returning to Louise time and time again for her expert precision and creative flair..

Abi joined the Chez Gerrard team in July 2024 and quickly became known for her talent and creativity. She loves creating bouncy blowdries and crafting the perfect personalised colour for every client.
Previously working at Guy Kremer in Winchester, Abi brings strong colour expertise and a passion for all ladies’ hair services, building a reputation as a bouncy blowdry specialist. She is also qualified in facials and Japanese Head Spas, adding a touch of luxury to her hair and beauty skills.
