Helen is our director across our chain of salons. She has multiple awards under her belt including being an award winning hair educator and member of the Great British Hairdressing Team. She has been hairdressing for almost 30 years and is an inspiration to her team!
Caroline
Creative Stylist and Beauty Therapist
North Baddesley
Caroline is our creative stylist and has been a part of the team for 23 years! She brings enthusiasm and a lot of laughs to our clients and team! She is a multi-award winning stylist across all aspects of the industry and is also part of the Great British Hairdressing Team
Sabrina - Front of House
North Baddesley & Romsey Locations
Front of salon, Sabrina will greet all clients and be first point of contact for all appointments and bookings. She helps co-ordinate the team and keep all services running smoothly.
Managing salon operations and playing an active role co-coordinating amongst all of our branches being active support for stylists and clients all round.
Sabrina is also qualified in piercing for the salon (Nose & Ears)
Charlotte - Senior Stylist North Baddesley & Romsey
Hi, I’m Charlotte! Hairdressing is my passion but my specialties are colours, specifically Balayage! I am also a hair extensions specialist, trained in Nano’s, Tapes & Weaves. I look forward to seeing you all soon
Diana - Senior Stylist Romsey
Diana is our Ukrainian senior stylist in our Romsey salon. She works miracles with blondes and big choppy restyles and loves creating beautiful hair for her clients. Previously from Aura Hair Design, Diana is well-known in the Ukrainian community and is always welcoming new clients to her chair!
Abi - Graduate Stylist North Baddesley
Abi joined us in July 2024 as our graduate stylist! She loves creating bouncy blowdries and creating your perfect personalised colour. Previously from Guy Kremer in Winchester, Abi specialises in colour knowledge and ladies services.
Mollie- Makeup Artist and Senior Beauty Therapist North Baddesley & Romsey Locations
Mollie is our beauty therapist across the Chez Gerrard chains. She specialises in Skincare and Makeup but offers a wide range of treatments. Including Ear Piercing and BIAB Manicures. She also spends time supporting her team and clients, handling enquiries and front of house duties!
Louise - Creative Stylist
Romsey
Louise has been with us for over 20 years and within that time has progressed her hairdressing career! She is passionate about all aspects of hair - from colouring to cutting & barbering. But her specialty lies in Short Hair Cutting and Colouring, she has a vast short hair clientele who have been returning time and time again.
Mia - Apprentice Romsey
Mia joined us in August 2024 as our apprentice and is working towards her NVQ Level 2. She loves to learn and create beautiful soft blowdries for her clients, Mia is also trained in Japanese Head Spa and enjoys seeing the scalp transformations she can achieve for her guests!
Romi - Graduate Stylist North Baddesley & Romsey
Romi is the newest member of our team, previously working in Aura Hair Design. She loves to create gorgeous hair up styles on her clients but her skills range in all areas of ladies hairdressing. She loves to create a welcoming and relaxing service for her clients.
